The location was great and absolutely perfect, near the airport but a ways away from Downtown. The pool was great. The staff here was courteous. The bar served a wide array of meals for breakfast.

The room I stayed in was pretty spacious and cozy, with 2 queen beds and a double bed. It felt really inviting. The location was amazing and just perfect 👌.

We always choose to stay at this place when visiting the area, as it offers a central location in a great area, with the added benefit of an excellent restaurant.

I appreciated the hotel's effort to accommodate our request for extra towels, even though the room was not serviced during our short stay. I recommend this hotel for a convenient overnight stay.

Very clean, nicely appointed rooms. Had all the things we needed. Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/soap, iron/board, frig/micro, wi-fi. Smelled fresh(I'm very picky with this)

Minor things... We had trouble getting onto the wif-fi. Had to go downstairs to get on. Room 404 I should have mentioned the fact that the toilet paper holder seemed to be broken when we left. It kept falling off.

I was Charged for 2 nights instead of 1. The staff refused to help me clear it up.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, making you feel welcomed throughout your stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms with double beds are comfortable and spacious. The location is ideal, with easy access to the Biltmore property, great restaurants, and downtown Asheville.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

We took one last quick trip with our teenage sons before our life gets busy. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is set off from distractions such as noise, for we have enough of our own! It is surrounded by other hotels with no mountain view... but we were not there to watch out the window the entire time. The rooms were clean and plenty large for all of us to have our space. The beds were perfect! We slept great! Breakfast was delicious over all. Well worth the money! Close to shopping, Biltmore and delicious restaurants.

The only thing that could use a bit of improvement was the quality of the scrambled eggs on the breakfast bar. Not the individual hotels fault, probably the type the full chain purchases. They were a bit tough. But if eggs are my only complaint... not worth judging a great hotel on it.

We loved the bed, food, the fact that it has an indoor pool and hot tub, location, free parking, the staff and the room. I also loved that some of the pillows were soft and others firm.

The hot tub was broken and the pool was too cool to enjoy. Our bodies were never able to get used to the water. It was cool outside, and it would have been nice to go for an enjoyable swim. I also felt the items you can buy at the front desk were way too expensive. 2 pints of ice cream-$10.

The pool is great, and the location is beautiful, close to all the activities we had planned, and the breakfast with pancakes and pastries was a lovely touch.
